The vice chairman of the Black Stars management committee Osei Kweku Parmer has confirmed that Ghana will get $150,000 from the friendly game against Russia.
There have been several rumours in the media on how much the Ghana Football Association (GFA) rake from the game and the latest revelation by the Parmer who doubles as the chairman of the financial committee of the FA will put to bed the rumours.
“We are getting $150,000 from that friendly and if you look at it carefully we will be running at a loss. We have to pay flight tickets, appearance fees etc etc and these things take a large chunk of the money.
The team arrived in Russia on Sunday evening to prepare for the game which is scheduled to come off on Tuesday at the Petrovsky stadium in Moscow
