FK Cukaricki midfielder Samuel Owusu has been invited by Black Stars Coach Kwasi Appiah, SportsworldGhana.com has learnt.
The former Vision FC player has been included in the Black Stars provisional squad ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Egypt.
Owusu, 23, has been in imperious form this season for FK Cukaricki in the Serbian top flight, scoring seven goals in 33 appearances.
Coach Kwasi Appiah is expected to name his 30-man provisional squad either on Tuesday or Wednesday ahead of their trip to Abu Dhabi where the team will pitch camp before the tournament starts in June.
