Ghanaian footballer Nasiru Moro has responded to the harrowing shoulder injury he suffered during Orebro SK’s match against Trelleborgs FF.
The two teams played out a goalless draw at Behrn Arena, with chances on both ends failing to produce any goals.
However, the focus shifted to Nasiru Moro after the game due to his unfortunate injury. During the first half, he took a heavy blow, forcing him to exit the match at halftime.
The star center-back for Orebro SK subsequently relayed a distressing message, stating, “My shoulder is broken. I’m on my way to the hospital now,” Moro told local newspaper NA.
According to reports, the 26-year-old footballer suspected a possible collarbone fracture, which could potentially sideline him for up to two months. Orebro’s head coach, Christian Järdler, confirmed that Moro was on his way for an X-ray to assess the severity of the injury.
The coach expressed concern that it might be a fracture but refrained from speculating until the official medical assessment is made.
“He’s on his way to an X-ray. It is about the collarbone or the shoulder. In the worst case, it’s a fracture, but it’s pointless to speculate,”
