English born Ghanaian defender Jordi Osei-Tutu is back to training after a long injury lay off.

The talented right-back who is on loan from Arsenal has not featured for Cardiff City since October 21st after suffering a hamstring injury but he is now back to the pitch having sessions with his mate.

“Jordi is doing parts of training at the moment, the very start of the warm-up, possession, passing drills, but then has to continue his rehab with the sports scientists.” Cardiff boss Neil Haris stated.

“We are happy he has resumed training this week.”

“We’re thinking a chance for the FA Cup game for him to get some minutes, from the start or off the bench.”

Osei-Tutu could play his first game in three months for Cardiff City on Saturday January 9, when they lock horns with Nottigham Forest in the FA Cup.
