Mamelodi Sundowns will take on FAR Rabat in the CAF Champions League final after both teams successfully progressed from their semi-final ties.
Sundowns secured their place in the final for the second consecutive season with a 1-0 victory over Espérance Sportive de Tunis in Pretoria, completing a 2-0 aggregate win. A first-half strike from Brayan León proved decisive as the South African giants delivered a composed and controlled performance.
FAR Rabat, on the other hand, reached the final for the first time in their history after edging past RS Berkane 2-1 on aggregate. Despite losing 1-0 in the second leg, their advantage from the first leg was enough to see them through as they held firm under pressure.
The final will be played over two legs, with the first encounter scheduled for May 15, 2026, in South Africa, while the return leg will take place on May 24, 2026, in Morocco.
The clash promises an intriguing battle between experience and ambition, with Sundowns chasing a second continental title since their 2016 triumph, while FAR Rabat aim to crown a historic run with their maiden Champions League success.
