Trabzonspor manager Abdullah Avci believes Caleb Ekuban’s recent profligacy is normal in football.
Avci is convinced that it is standard for a striker to have patchy form at some time and urged Ekuban to come good again.
“You are a very qualified football player. Everyone can have such periods. You can overcome them quickly with your strength and potential.” Avci told the player.
Ekuban has not scored for Trabzonspor in the past eight games with his last goal coming in the 2-1 away win over Genclernirligi on January 23rd.
