Libyan giants Al-Ittihad have paid Accra Hearts of Oak an amount of $ 32,900 which is the remaining settlement of the transfer fee of striker Kwame Kizito.
Kizito joined Ittihad in January 2018 for a fee of 50,000 USD but the Libyan club could not pay all as they gave the Phobians only $17,100.
Hearts of Oak have been demanding the rest of the money for three years now and even threatened to report the case to FIFA if they are not paid.
SportsworldGhana.com can exclusively reveal that Al Ittihad on Wednesday afternoon have issued a cheque of 32,900 USD to Hearts of Oak to clear the debt.
Kizito left Al Ittihad in October 2018 and signed for Swedish outfit BK Hacken three month later.
Currently, he is with Falkenberg FF in the Swedish Superattan League.
