Ghanaian emerging talent, Ibrahim Osman, showcased his prowess by scoring a crucial goal for Nordsjaelland in their 3-0 victory over Akademisk Boldklub in the Danish Cup quarterfinals.
The 18-year-old graduate of the Right to Dream Academy played a pivotal role, contributing the second goal as Nordsjaelland dominated the match on Wednesday. Conrad Harder initiated the scoring for the home team, finding the net three minutes into the second half.
Osman extended Nordsjaelland’s lead with a well-taken goal in the 70th minute, complemented by an assist from Christian Rasmussen. Conrad Harder sealed the comprehensive first-leg advantage with his second goal four minutes before the final whistle.
The return fixture is set for Saturday, December 9, determining the team progressing to the semifinals. In this season, Ibrahim Osman has not only scored one goal in the league but has also provided four assists in 16 matches, starting in 14 of them.
