Wounded Medeama SC will play as host to Karela FC at the Akoon Park in the 28th week fixture of the Ghana Premier League.
The Mauves and Yellow come into the game with tension boiling in the club as they were walloped by buttom placed side Inter Allies. The Tarkwa based side endured a humiliating 3-0 score line which has caused a lot of turmoil amongst the management of the club and the fans particularly on the future of head coach Yaw Preko.
Both sides come into the game with 43 points but with a superior goal aggregate for Karela FC after drawing blank with Accra Great Olympics. The Anyinase based club have been below par in recent times with only two wins from 10 games after a very impressive start to the campaign.
The match promises to be a mouth-watering encounter with Diawusie Taylor who currently sit top of the goal king race with 16 goals come against Kwasi Donsu and Ahmed Toure in attack for Medeama.
The first leg between both sides ended in a two-nil victory for Karela Fc at the Crossby Awuah Memorial Park in January.
