The skipper of the Black Princesses team, Fatima Alhasan is confident the team will excel in the 2016 FIFA under 20 world cup.
The Black Princesses will be making their fourth appearance at the tournament and having failed to advance beyond the group stage there is huge expectations on Fatima and her colleagues to deliver good results for Ghana.
Fatima in an interview with Asempa FM averred that “We are very confident. We are not under pressure and can assure Ghanaians that this time around, we will excel. There is cohesiveness and maturity in the team so we are going to make a mark in Papua New Guinea”.
The tournament which kicks off on 13th of November, will see the Princesses take on New Zealand, The United States and France in the group stages.
