Ghana Premier League trio namely Gladson Awako, Imoru Ibrahim and Justice Blay made their maiden appearance.
Awako, a 2009 Under 20 World Cup winner who is currently the skipper of Great Olympics replaced Osman Bukari after recess whereas Kotoko’s Imoru Ibrahim came in for Baba Rahman in the 69th minute.
Medeama FC central midfielder Justice Blay was introduced for Mubarak Wakaso with twelve minutes to full time time as Ghana won 3-1.
All the three players put up superb performances in their various assigned roles which gave credence to the fact that the home based stars can also be relied on.
Ghana qualified for the 2021 AFCON by topping Group C with thirteen points.
