Former Black Stars of Ghana forward, Augustine Arhinful has described the opportunity to coach a national team as the easiest job a coach could have.
According to the former Borussia Dortmund player, coaches who are handed national teams are always given laid down formats that aids their work in scouting for players.
Arhinful also believes that these formats help the coaches to identifies players who are likely to fit into their systems, making it much easier for them to succeed and get the best of results with any national team.
“National team coaching is the easiest job for any coach,” the ex-AshantiGold talisman revealed on Accra FM on Wednesday as he shared his opinion on the Africa Cup of Nations draw.
“Because you have a format and hence you need to scout and select the players that fit into your format,” he added.
Augustine Arhinful in his glorious football career enjoyed a good stint with the national team, featuring for Ghana in the 1993 FIFA World Youth Championship and also making the squad for the 2000 Africa Cup of Nations.
