James Essilfie has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC, SportsworldGhana.com can confirm exclusively.
The Mauves and Yellow team have had a terrible start to the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League, picking just a point out of six in their first two games.
Mr. Essilfie is leaving his post after spending almost 13-years at the club.

During his tenure, the Mauve and Yellows won two FA Cup titles and played in the CAF Confederation Cup on two occasions, featuring in the group stage in 2016.
He has been instrumental in the enviable brand and image of the Tarkwa-based side in the Ghanaian domestic league.
