The medical staff of Brighton & Hove Albion will assess defender Tariq Lamptey if he is fit enough for the league game against relegation bound Sheffield United on Sunday.
The English-born Ghanaian youngster took a knock against Fulham on Wednesday and sat of training for a day before returning on Friday evening to join his colleagues.
Brighton boss Graham Potter emphasized that Lamptey is “recovering well” though his physical level will be scrutinized before he names his squad for the game at the American Express Community Stadium.
