Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil could be joining English Premier League side Aston Villa in the impending summer transfer window.
Paintsil has been in fine form for Ankaragucu where he is on loan from Genk netting 12 League goals but he may not return to the Belgian Jupiler Pro League side.
Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively reveal that Genk wants to bring back their Tanzania striker Mbwana Aly Samatta whom they sold to Aston Villa last summer for 8.5 Million Pounds but the English club is asking for 10 Million Pounds and the Belgian outfit have proposed paying 8 Million Pounds and adding Joseph Paintsil to the deal.
Samata is also on loan at Turkish side Fernerbahce but has been outshine by his Paintsil who is firing from all angles.
Aston Villa are expected to take a decision in the coming days if they will accept the 8 Million Pounds plus Joseph Paintsil and give Samatta back to Genk.
