The former Asante Kotoko defender has been linked with a move to Ashantigold SC but his manager insists no talks have even been held let alone signing a deal with the miners.
Reports in the Ghanaian media on Monday claimed the stalwart defender has sealed a deal with the Miners ahead of the Normalisation Committee’s Special Tournament expected to begin next month.
But manager for the former Back Stars B’ center-back, Seidu Alhassan, who doubles as team owner of Kumasi-based Parma FC has refuted the purported transfer move of his client to Obuasi.

”Ahmed Adams has not joined Ashgold, I can tell you as a manager that there is no truth in the said report.” Seidu Alhassan exclusively told SportsworldGhana.com.
He continued; ”We have received offers from some foreign clubs and we are currently in talks with them to see what will happen in the coming days but to report that Ahmed has signed for Ashantigold SC lacks truism.”
Adams, 25, has previously played for Berekum Chelsea and Al Shoala in the Saudi Arabia.
He’s the senior brother of TSG Hoffenheim and Black Stars defender Kasim Nuhu Adams.
