English League Two side Mansfield Town are leading the race to sign midfielder Abu Ogogo.
The 30-year-old enforcer is on his way out of Bristol Rovers this summer after being told by manager Ben Garner that he has no future with the Pirates.
SPORTSworldGhan.com understands that Mansfield United are looking for a ball-winner in midfield following the departure of Willem Tomlisonson and they have now set their sight on Ogogo.
Manager Graham Coughlan is said to be a big fan of the English-born Ghanaian midfielder and he strongly believes he can help in their quest for League 1 qualification.
Ogogo previously featured for clubs including Arsenal, Barnet, Shrewsbury Town and Coventry City.
