Exclusive: Royal Antwerp join race for Nana Ampomah

Royal Antwerp are bent on signing Ghanaian winger  Nana Ampomah in the ongoing summer transfer window.

Ampomah is currently on his way out of relegated German Bundesliga outfit Fortuna Dusseldorf where he failed to impress in twelve Bundesliga  appearances.

SPORTSworldGhana.com can exclusively reveal that Royal Antwerp are in desperate need of a winger and have set their sights on the 24-year-old Ghanaian.

Initial bid by Royal Antwerp to Fortuna Dusseldorf was made on Wednesday evening and it is yet to be known if it will be accepted or not.

Aside Royal Antwerp, Besiktas, Apoel Nicosia and Club Brugge are the other clubs who are said to be interested in the player.

His contract with Fortuna Dusseldorf ends on June 30, 2022.
