Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC on Monday morning announced the signing of striker Abdul Basit-Adam.
The former Ghana Under-20 striker penned a three-year contract with the Mauves and Yellows from second tier side New Edubiase.
The 25-year-old ended his stay at Turkish side Çanakkale Dardanel SK and returned to the country where he initially joined his former side in Edubiase before switching to the Tarkwa-based club.
Former New Edubiase players in the likes of Bernard Ofori and Prince Opoku Agyemang shined in the Mauve and Yellows jersey and Basit would be expected to follow in their footsteps in the upcoming season.
