Mohammed Kudus, a rising Ghanaian football star, has been selected for Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 list for 2023.
Kudus, who plays for Ajax Amsterdam, is one of only two Ghanaians to make the list, the other being Emmanuel Whajah, a creative director and videographer.
Kudus has been in exceptional form for both club and country, including starring for Ghana in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The 22-year-old midfielder has overcome injury and has been prolific this season, contributing 18 goals and five assists in all competitions for Ajax. Kudus scored twice and provided one assist for Ghana at the World Cup.
