Ghanaian attacker Abdul Basit Khalid is excited with his maiden goal for Esperance in the CAF Champions League.
The talented forward who was also making his debut in Africa’s biggest club competition netted the winner for the “Black and Gold” in their hard-fought 2-1 victory over Senegalese outfit Teungueth in the Group D encounter at Rades.

Basit moved to Esperance in January ending from Macedonian club Makedonija Gjorce Petrov where he netted eight goals in thirteen games in the first round of the league.
He previously also played for Dreams FC, FK Prishtinha as well as FC Teuta in Albania.
