Ghanaian forward, Kwadwo Duah scored his seventh goal of the season for FC St Gallen in the Switzerland Super League on Saturday evening at home.
The 24-year-old former FC Wil 1900 hitman scored the second goal for his team as they brush aside their opponents, FC Basel 3-1 in the Swiss top-flight.
Lukas Gortler gave the hosts a well-deserved lead after 35 minutes of the match to make it 1-0 before the end of the first 45 minutes of the action.
Twenty minutes to full time, Kwadwo Duah scored his seventh goal of the season from the spot to put the home team, FC St Gallen in a 2-0 lead on the 70th minute.
Six minutes later, Jordi Quintilla made it a comfortable lead for the Green and Whites with the third goal but Arthur Cabral reduced the deficit to make it 3-1 at the end of the 90 minutes.
Duah, 24, has seven goals and one assist to his name for St. Gallen this campaign in nineteen outings.
