Ghanaian forward, Godsway Donyoh was on target for Maccabi Haifa in the Israeli Ligat HaAl on Saturday evening against Hapoel Ironi Kiryat Shmona.
The Ghanaian forward scored the last of Haifa’s four goals as they came from behind on the night to record an impressive 4-2 win to remain top of the Israeli top-flight this season after 22 matches with 50 points.
Lucio Maranhao opened the scoring in the first half on the eighth-minute mark before Bogdan Planic grabbed the equalizer two minutes later with Mohammed Abu Fani adding the second for the Green and Whites after 24 minutes.
Fani scored again in the second half to bag a brace before Ghana’s Donyoh added to the goals on the 68th minute to make it 4-2 to Maccabi Haifa.
Abdalla Halaihal scored a consolation for the away team to make it a respectable score line on the 87th minutes as it finished 4-2.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian Center-forward has four goals and one assist in fifteen league games this campaign in the Israeli Ligat HaAl for Maccabi Haifa.
