The former Sarmatex FC striker says he is targeting more goals in the ongoing Ghana Premier League after netting a brace in Hearts of Oak’s 3-2 win over Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs last Sunday.
Aidoo says he is content with his performance so far for the Phobians, scoring 6 goals in 12 matches. He, however, hopes to improve in the subsequent games.
“I am expected to score more goals to help the club achieve our target this season. We’ve been through a lot in the past weeks but thankfully, our confidence is back and I believe it will manifest in the subsequent games,” he said during an interview after Sunday’s game with Dwarfs.
Aidoo would be hoping to increase his tally when Hearts of Oak play arch-rivals Asante Kotoko in the ‘super clash’ on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
