Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane believes his side can win the CAF Champions League title for the third straight season.
The Red Devils are on course for a third consecutive CAF Champions League title as they play Wydad Casablanca in the final on Monday, May 30th.
A dominant 6-2 win on aggregate against ES Setif in the semi-finals saw Al Ahly book a spot in the final of the competition for the fourth time in the last five seasons.
The African champions will be eyeing a record 11th title while Wydad will be aiming to collect their first Champions League trophy since 2017.

Ahead of the highly-anticipated clash, Al Ahly have hurdles in the Egyptian Premier League with three games to be played in the space of just one week.
They survived the first two domestic games with a goalless draw against Bank Al Ahly and a win in stoppage time at ENPPI, thanks to a brace from Ali Maaloul.
Al Ahly have one game remaining against newly-promoted Eastern Company on Wednesday, just hours before they travel to face Wydad in the Champions League final five days later.

“There is no problem with playing every three days, this has always been the case at [Mamelodi] Sundowns and this is normal if we are competing in the Champions League,” Mosimane told the club’s official website.
“I would rather play every three days and compete for the Champions League than to play every five days in one tournament and crash out of another.

“We will fight to win the CAF Champions League. We played in the absence of important international players before under great pressure and we are used to it.
“In England, they play a league of 20 teams and two cups, but the season ends and they go on holiday before preseason, and this is something that’s missing in Egypt.

“Why do you think we have all these injuries? Hamdy Fathi, [Amr] El-Sulya, [Mohamed] Abdelmonem, Yasser [Ibrahim], [Aliou] Dieng, and even [Mohamed] El-Shenawy.
“These are all muscular injuries due to the congestion of fixtures without breaks.
“I am confident that we will win the CAF Champions League. We won back-to-back titles in the past two years and 10 times in total. So why not win the 11th title?” he added.
