FC Nantes youngster Osman Bukari showed Ghanaians what they should be expecting from him in the future with mouth-watering display against Nigeria on Friday evening.
The 23-year-old Ghanaian forward was a second half substitute as he came on to replace Abdul Fatawu Issahaku in the second half in the goalless against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
He brought speed, skill and purposefulness into Ghana’s attack at the time Nigeria grew into the match with good passages of play and putting Ghana under some pressure.
He took on the defense of Nigeria with ease and created few openings in the few mintues he spent on the field in the first leg of the 2022 World Cup playoffs.
His performance gave Ghanaians hope and what he could bring on board when given more time to play for the senior national team of Ghana.
He is now expected to be given a bigger role on Tuesday evening in Abuja when Ghana face Nigeria for a place in the next FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar later this year.
