Chief executive officer of Tema youth football club Winfred Osei Kwaku Pama has revealed whole lot of lucrative promises were made to him to drop the case between Tema Youth and Dreams FC.
Pama disclosed there were many attempts to compromise him to discontinue his pursuit for justice at the Court of Arbitration for Sports but all proved futile as his conscience can’t be bought.
“We knew that we will go to CAS but people took it for a joke and said how can you go to CAS.
Nobody can distract me. A whole lot of lucrative promises were made but I told myself we will satisfy this for people to see that it’s not everybody whose conscience can be bought.
There is a price for everybody but you can never ever by my conscience” Osei Kwaku Pama told Accra based Happy FM.
The Appeals committee of the Ghana football Association on Wednesday ruled Tema Youth to play in the Ghana premier league while dreams FC be demoted to the division one league after CAS had ordered the GFA to resist on the case.
