Danlad Ibrahim has started his journey in Ethiopian football on a high note. The Ghanaian goalkeeper kept a clean sheet in his debut game for Ethiopian Coffee SC in the Ethiopian Premier League. This marks a promising start to his new chapter after joining the club.
Danlad has had a successful career so far. He was the deputy captain of Ghana’s U20 team in 2021 when they won both the WAFU Zone B Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations for U20. His leadership and skill on the field played a key role in these victories, showing his ability to rise to big occasions.
Back home in Ghana, Danlad also made his mark in the Ghana Premier League with Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC. He helped the team win the league and eventually became the captain. However, after losing his starting position to Frederick Asare last season, Danlad decided to take on a new challenge by moving to Ethiopia.
