Teenager Arvin Appiah Amoakoh has been officially named by Fichajes as the player bought by Spanish club Almeria with the highest amount,
Appiah moved to the Rojiblacos last summer from Nottinghan Forest for a whooping fee of 8.85 Million Euros which remains a record signing in the history of Almeria.
The attacking midfielder was wanted by majority of Europe’s big teams including Manchester United but the modest Spanish team pulled a major surprise as Turki Al-Sheikh splashed the cash on him.
Appiah, 19, has made nineteen La Liga 2 appearances for Almeria this season and has been their brightest spot although he is yet to score or provide an assist.
The budding talent was born in Amsterdam to Ghanaian parents but grew up in England. He is eligible to play for all three countries at senior level.
