Ghanaian international defender Abdul Baba Rahman played his first game of the 2021-22 season in the English Championship on Saturday afternoon for Reading FC.
The former Schalke 04 man joined the Blue and Whites Royals from Chelsea FC on a season long loan deal which ends in summer 2022.
Rahman had to wait for a fortnight before making his debut after joining the club due to the FIFA World Cup qualifiers for Qatar 2022.
He lasted for the entire duration of the match as he helped his team to overcome an early own goal to draw 3-3 with Queens Park Rangers.
John Swift swiftly bagged a hat-trick with a goal in the first half and two in the second half to help Reading comeback from a goal down to take a 3-1 lead.
Andre Gray scored the visitors second goal 11 minutes from the full time whistle before Stefan Johansen made it 3-3 deep into additional time period of the match.
The 27-year-old Ghanaian left-back played full throttle for Reading.
