Head coach for Ghana Premier League side Elmina Sharks FC, Yaw Acheampong has ‘let the cat out of the box’ concerning the whereabouts of star man Benjamin Tweneboah.
Speaking to Ahomka FM in Cape Coast, the gaffer explained why his star player, Benjamin Tweneboah is no longer in his team for their recent games.
Coach Yaw Acheampong: “Benjamin Tweneboah has gone home because he has not been paid for several months”, he revealed.
The Central Region side has been hit with bad form in their recent games leading to so many questions about the Benjamin Tweneboah who was the face of the team in the truncated league.
The Fearsome Sharks have been a depleted side in the ongoing season and have won just three games in 13 matches this season in the Ghana Premier League.
