Ghanaian attacker Bernard Morrison has apologized for punching an opponent in midweek during the Simba FC vs Ruvu Shooting game which has led to his three-match banned.
The versatile forward hit Juma Nyoso following an altercation and has now been handed a banned as well as a fine of TSH 300,000 by the Tanzanian Federation.
A remorseful Morrison took to Twitter and pleaded for clemency from his club as his actions has caused them.
“I’m really sorry for my actions in the previous game, I ask for your forgiveness. We all do things for the love of the club but we sometimes get it wrong. I’m with you the fans and the team for the next 3 games in spirit . All the best @simbasctanzania.” He posted.
Meanwhile, Morrison who joined Simba from bitter rivals Young Africans is also still under investigations by the Tanzanian Feder as Yanga claims he is still their player
