The Schalke 04 loanee, provided the goal that helped his team to beat Levski Sofia narrowly at home to go joint top on the league table with a game in hand.
The opening half did not produce any goal in the game and after the recess, the Green Eagles upped their game to take full control of the match against a tough opposition.
Six minutes to the end of the game, the 23-year-old Ghanaian international provided his teammate Cauly Oliveira Souza with a deft touch to score the only goal of the match to secure all three points for the Europa League side.
Though the Ghana striker is yet to open his goal account, he has three assists to his name in the Bulgarian top-flight this season.
