Ghanaian forward Shafiu Mumuni has officially been unveiled by Tunisian top-flight side US Monastir on Saturday evening.
USMMonastir are the Tunisian Cup holders and has confirmed the signing of former AshantiGold captain Mumuni on two-year contract.
Mumuni was on unveiled on Saturday after under going his mandatory medical test and completing every detail of his deal with the club.
The 25-year-old attacker was Ghana’s home-based team’s captain during the 2019 WAFU tournament held in Senegal.
The predator finisher bagged four goals to become the tournament’s top scorer and also was an integral part of the Miners team in the CAF Confederation Cup where they were eliminated by finalist RS Berkane.
