Budding Ghanaian midfielder, Edmund Addo has traveled with his team FC Sheriff Tiraspol to Italy for their UEFA Champions League clash with Inter Milan tonight.
The former FC Senica player has been a pivot and a consistent performer for the Yellow and Blacks this season in the elite European Club competition.
Addo played 90 minutes of football against Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine in Moldova when they they emerged 2-0 victors at the end of the match.
The debutants followed it up with a historical win over the most successful club in the history of UEFA Champions League competition Real Madrid FC with a 2-1 away win at the Bernabau stadium in Spain.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian and his teammates will have the opportunity to extend their unbeaten streak in the competition to three games after picking two wins from two matches when they play the Italian Serie A giant at 7pm today.
