Ghanaian goalkeeper Daniel Agyei has signed for Ethiopian Premier League giants Mekelle 70 Enderta on a two years deal.
The talented shot-stopper moves to the “Lion’s Den” on a free transfer from Sebeta where he played last season.
Agyei is set to acquire the number one position from Bereket Amare who showed some lapses in the last campaign despite the club finishing third on the league log.
The 2009 Under 20 world cup winning goalkeeper has been one of the best goalkeepers in the Ethiopian topflight for the past three seasons having also featured for Jimma Al Jifar.
He becomes the second Ghanaian in the setup of Mekelle with the other one being striker Alhassan Kalusha
