Chelsea FC lost to West African Football Academy (WAFA) SC at home in the Ghana Premier League week 22 encounter in Berekum.
The Bibires took an early lead and scored the fastest goal of the season when Bright Amponsah scored just 26 seconds into the game.
Justus Torsutsey scored the equalizer for the visitors after twenty-two minutes and went in front a minute later with Enock Asubonteng strike to make it 2-1 to the away team.
Two minutes to the end of the first 45 minutes of the match, Chelsea were awarded a penalty which was converted by Stephen Amankonah to make it all square going into the interval.
After the half time break, WAFA SC scored an early goal of their own with Issah Basit tapping in from close range to give the Academy Boys the lead two minutes into the second half.
WAFA held on to secure a vital away win against a tough team on the road to move 6th on the league log with 32 points and will face Great Olympics next Friday in Sogakope.
Chelsea on the other hand are stuck on 12th position with 27 points from 22 games and have suffered two consecutive defeats for the first time this season and will make a short trip to face Aduana Stars in Dormaa next Sunday.
