Ghana’s Black Princesses will next play Uganda in the FIFA Women’s U-20 World Cup qualifiers.
Coach Ben Forkuo’s side on Saturday afternoon recorded a 1:0 win against the Young Copper Queens of Zambia 1:0 at the Cape Coast Stadium to seal qualification to the next stage of the qualifiers.
A first-half strike from Hasaacas Ladies player Evelyn Badu was all that the Black Princesses needed to win the game to advance to the next phase of the qualifiers.
The Princesses drew goalless in the 1st leg which was played at the Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka two weeks ago.
The FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup is slated for Costa Rica in 2022.
