Ghanaian striker Anas Mohammed scored the goal of the game to fire Black Leopards to the quarter-finals of the Nedbank Cup with a 1-0 win against AmaZulu FC Saturday afternoon.
Anas was handed a started berth by his coach together with compatriots Edwin Gyimah and Mumuni Abubakar in the crucial tie at the Thohoyandou Stadium.
The Ghanaian international who bagged a brace for Black Leopards in their 2-1 win over Golden Arrows in the DStv Premiership match on Tuesday, fired his side ahead in the 53rd-minute mark of the game. His powerful strike ensured Black Leopards won the game as they qualify to the last eight of the tournament.
Edwin Gyimah lasted the entire duration of the game while the goal scorer Anas made way for Thabiso Gordon Mokoena on stoppage time.
Mumuni Abubakar on the other hand, was replaced by Wiseman Maluleke after 75 minutes into the game.
