Billey, has been on the radar of some top clubs in Europe, has chosen PSG ahead of English Champions Manchester City, PSV, Standard Liege, Sporting Lisbon in Portugal and Wolfsburg in Germany.
The 18-year old tall and intelligent midfielder will stay with PSG reserve side for preseason tour before permanent deal will be reached.
Spanish giants Real Madrid and Ghuonghzo Evergrade from China have all made enquiries about the player as stated by his representative Mr William Owusu Takyi of Skillnet Sports management.
