Ghana Premier League winners Accra Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu has been named NASCO Ghana Premier League Coach-Of-The-Year.
Boadu helped the Phobians to win their first league trophy in 12 years since they last won it in 2009 under Kosta Papic.
Boadu also won the 2020-21 MTN FA CUP Competition to make it 11 in total for the Rainbow Boys.
He joined the Phobians in the second round of the league season and guided the 2000 CAF Champions League winners to a double winning season.
He had a great runoof results in the league with the Phobians having played 18 matches since he took charge, winning 11, drawing 5 and losing just 3.
He sawoff competition from Asante Kotoko gaffer Mariano Barreto, WAFA SC coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum, Annor Walker of Great Olympics and Dreams FC’s Vladislav Viric to land the award.
