Vincent Atingah , 27, left Hearts of Oak after the 2017 league season on a free transfer following lack of agreement between his camp and the club but has returned to the Ghana Premier League this time to wear the colors of Medeama SC.
But how did the penalty-specialist fared after leaving the Phobian club?
The former Ebusua Dwarfs defender signed for KF Tirana in Albania in July 2018 but never became an important first team player leading to his exit just a year later. He then went to Kuwait to sign for Qadsia but found little success before going to Al-Shabab in the same middle-east country.
Atingah did not feaute for any club in the 2019.20 season for any club until his signing by the Yellow and Mauves in 2020.21 as he seeks to relaunch his career.
At Medeama his direct competitors for first team football will be Daniel Egyin and Ali Ouattara in the central defence department.
