The President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kwesi Nyantakyi has refuted claims that, he’s grooming and powerfully lobbying to get Dreams FC Executive Chairman, Kurt E. S. Okraku as his successor in 2019.
Kwesi Nyantakyi, who’s the Confederation African Football (CAF), First Vice President says everyone at the FA, who in one way or the other is playing an active role, currently has the chance to become the next FA boss.
He maintained that, he can’t groom or lobby for anyone to take over from him.
“I’m not grooming anybody. Everyone you see there at the Ghana Football Association is capable of becoming the next GFA President. It’s not true that I’m grooming someone for the GFA seat” Nyantakyi told Accra based Vision One FM.
The FA President however reiterated he will not be vying for the GFA Presidency in 2019 after what will be his third-term in office.
