Liberty Professionals burst the bubble of a stubborn Ebusua Dwarfs side with a 4-0 thrashing in their matchday 2 fixture of the Normalisation Committee Special Competition at the Carl Reindorp Park on Wenesday.
The Dansoman based club recorded their biggest victory in the league since July 2016 when they defeated Sekondi Hasaacas 4-0.
Dwarfs had to end the game with 10 men after Goalkeeper Issah Razak was sent off for unlawfully fouling Elvis Kyei Baffour on the 45th minute before recess.
Kwadwo Addai scored an own goal to give the hosts the lead in the fourth minute but Emmanuel Addo doubled their lead on the 24th mark, ending half with an emphatic 2-0 lead.
Emmanuel Addo got his second and Liberty’s third goal with a fine strike on the 73rd minute after some master class display by the Scientific Soccer lads.
Benhamin Eshun however, deepened Ebusua Dwarfs woes with he struck on the 80th minute to seal a commanding 4-0 victory for Liberty Professionals.
