Black Stars defender Jonathan Mensah says he’s not in the position to decide whether head coach Avram Grant should be relief of his position or be maintained.
According to Mensah, his duty as a player is to deliver on the pitch when featured in any game but do not determine the faith of his boss system’’
‘’We played well and controlled the game through the entire duration but was difficult for us to penetrate into the Egyptian half as we had little chances in the game due to their tactical discipline of all in and out system’’ Jonathan said speaking to Accra based Asempa FM..
He added “Our role us players is to get onto the field of play and deliver our all”.
Jonathan concluded saying, “we have lost this game and what we have to do is to come together and work as a team to clinch all the 12 points left in d bag although it would not come easy”.
Mensah played full 90 minutes in Ghana’s 2-0 defeat to Egypt on Sunday.
