Sports director Andreas Granqvist has followed Benjamin through his network of contacts for some time and looks forward to seeing him in HIF’s environment.
”Benjamin is a young and exciting player who we partly wanted to take a closer look at and see how he gets into our environment but who we also believe can contribute on the field already during this year. We managed to find a good solution that suits all partners and it will be exciting to follow his journey, he said.
Acquah is a product of the Red Bull Academy in Ghana and had received an offer from Belgian top-flight side KAA Gent in September 2020.
