Dreams FC coach, Karim Zito, has lauded Kumasi Asante Kotoko trainer, Prosper Narteh Ogum, describing him as a very good coach.
Prosper Narteh Ogun joined the Porcupine Warriors before the start of the season after leading West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) to a third-place finish in last season’s Ghana Premier League.
Zito was on the touchlines for Dreams as they lost their opening game of the new season against Kotoko, giving up a one-goal lead in the last six minutes of the game.
Speaking in an interview with Hot FM, the Dreams FC stand-in coach praised the abilities of the Kotoko gaffer and added that he has never disappointed him making some recommendations.
“He is a very good coach. Yes, I did so, I recommended him to Asante Kotoko because am his mentor, I know him really well, in fact, I recommended him also to Dwarfs back in the days and he never disappointed me,” Zito explained.
Asked about his predictions for the top four places for this season’s Ghana Premier League, the Ghana Under-20 coach added: “It’s too early in the league to predict who will win and who will be in the top four because a lot of issues will arise in the league,” he stressed.
