Ghanaian attacker, Sadam Sulley has shown his displeasure after his debut in SV Ried colours in a cup defeat at Wolfsberger AC on Sunday.
The Ghana International after his summer switch to the newly promoted team in the Austrian Típico Bundesliga on Sunday afternoon against Wolfsberger made his bow in Austrian football.
SV Ried took the lead on the 20th minute mark through Stefan Nutz before the hosts struck back nine minutes later when Dominik Baumgartner found the back of the net with a beautiful strike.
Nutz, after 44 minutes notched his second goal in the first half to restore the visitors lead heading into the break.
Michael Liendl broke the hearts of the away team with an 81st minutes goal from the spot to restore parity.
The Europa League team upon snatching the equalizer late in the game went on to win 6-5 on penalty shootouts to kick Sulley’s team out of the AUSTRIA – ÖFB CUP.
The 24-year-old Ghanaian showed his disappointment after the painful defeat in a game his side led twice before crashing out on penalty shootouts.
