Ghana’s leading attacker in Europe Jordan Ayew of Crystal Palace ended 2019/20 season with a home draw against Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday during Day 38 of the English Premier League campaign and this season he broke the long standing record of Anthony Yeboah as the highest scoring Ghanaian player in the EPL.
Yeboah netted 24 times in the competition for Leeds United between 1994 and 1997 but Ayew has closed down the season on 25 goals overall for Aston Villa, Swansea City and Crystal Palace.
