Turkish SuperLig side Kayserispor are on the verge of signing Ghanaian international Bernard Mensah in the ongoing transfer window, SportsworldGhana.com can report
Ghana youth midfielder Bernard Mensah is set to join Turkish giants Kayserispor ahead of the new season.
According to Kayserispor president Erol Bedir, the player’s parent club Atletico Madrid have granted him permission to negotiate with the club over a possible move to the Kadir Has Stadium, Kayseri.
“Mensah who played for Kasimpasa last season has been granted permission by his team, Atletico Madrid and he has agreed to play for Kayserispor” said President of the club Erol Bedir.
He continued: “Negotiations are at a certain stage and we will share it with the public if an agreement is reached.”
Mensah 23, spent last season with Turkish club Kasimpasa where he scored five goals with seven assists in 30 caps.
Mensah’s contract with Atletico Madrid expires in the summer of 2021 transfer.
